Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits bat3666's liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bat3666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below).

Voluntary Closure: You may close your bat3666 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, you are responsible for withdrawing any remaining balance. Accounts closed with an outstanding balance will have funds returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC completion.

Dormant Accounts: An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed). bat3666 will notify you via the email address registered to the account before applying a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month. This fee will not reduce your balance below zero.

Language: These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
